The National Rape Crisis Helpline is run by Rape Crisis South London (RASASC) and provides free support to women and girls aged 13+ who have survived any form of sexual violence, at any time in their lives.
Nia runs services for women and girls, in London and the surrounding area, who have been subjected to sexual and domestic violence and abuse.

Refuge Women's National Domestic Abuse Helpline
Refuge is committed to a world where domestic violence and violence against women and girls is not tolerated and where women and children can live in safety. They aim to empower women and children to rebuild their lives, free from violence and fear.
